1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A product is eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product does not match the description or size (if applicable).

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Cosmetics, beauty tools, and skincare items (for hygiene reasons).

  • Underwear, inner garments, and intimate items.

  • Discounted, clearance, or final sale items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The original invoice or order slip must be provided.

Glamour’s reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative item or request a refund (if applicable).


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product.

  • The product is out of stock after placing an order.

  • Glamour’s cancels the order due to internal reasons.

Refund Processing Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds:

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer, bKash, or Nagad, as applicable.


5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Glamour’s will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other return reasons (e.g., size change, preference change), the customer must bear the return courier charge.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, standard return procedures will apply.
